

The driver was either impaired or extremely tired. I had booked a sedan and he showed up in a Toyota Rav 4 SUV in poor condition as we were driving down the road it would shake. The driver picked me up Saturday morning. I informed him that I needed to leave at 3:00 AM and I was aware of the time change. Saturday, I received a phone call from the driver with kids screaming in the background and insisting that he changed the time to 4:00 AM because of the time change. I booked a trip from Waco to DFW airport for Sunday morning on Friday night. I suggest you shop around and find a smaller limo company that might be a little more forgiving if your circumstances change. Use this limo company if you want, but know that you are supporting a company that has a very strict no refund policy. We get it "you won't give a refund" because that money has already been used to pay the bills. I was going to try and make the options work, but can't and my daughter told y'all this in later phone calls and emails. READ THE FINE PRINT AND KNOW that you won't be getting your money back and that you will have to figure out a way to use the credit without spending more money!!! My friends and my daughter's friends are shocked when I tell them no partial refund and only a credit that I can't use because we are at OU now!! Especially now how things have changed. CRAZY to be so strict on policy during this time and conditions. I have two kids in college now and the options that they gave us won't work. And even those companies gave at least some of the money back due to the situation at hand.

I work with several small local companies and orgs that have very strict refund policies, I am telling you super strict. As if these kids and the parents haven’t suffered enough 2020. While most businesses are making exceptions to policy due to COVID 19, this company won’t. We would have to come in town to use it, can't find anyone to buy it from us for transfer. We have two kids in college, and don't want to pay more to use the limo for xmas lights tour or other occasion credit. Not excellent five stars, but they don't deserve one star either, so we will go with "just okay". Okay, I will change my review to three stars then. I just now received an email from them claiming to be a not for profit business. We recently asked them to give us some sort of refund back because the options they gave us for credit isn't going to work for us, and because our circumstances have changed. POLICY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO THEM!! My daughter booked a limo for prom 2020 which of course got canceled because of COVID 19. My bill was over $600 and I was given less than 10% of that back. Only after multiple messages did they finally acknowledge my complaint and offer a token refund. When I called the office to tell them what happened, they offered no apologies and no refunds. By the time the driver exchanged the car, we were 45 minutes delayed in our journey. Seriously? Again, the driver had not been told my mother would need help loading and unloading her scooter. On the return trip, the driver showed up in a sedan. Because of this, I had to find alternate transportation (at additional expense) to my hotel as the reservation included a second pickup for me at the airport. The driver did not have my mother’s phone number (even though it was clearly shown on the reservation) and was not told she would need help. On travel day, the driver got lost and was an hour and a half late.

Turns out that it cannot and I was told I would have to upgrade to an SUV, which doubled the price. A few days before the scheduled service, I noticed that my booking said, “sedan.” Since I had spoken to the office personally, I was not worried, but I called to verify just to make sure that a “sedan” could accommodate a scooter. I was told that this was no problem, so I made the booking. I spoke to the woman in the office personally and explained that my mother would have a scooter and that she would need help loading and unloading this equipment. I called this company to book a car service for my mother who requires help getting around. And I question the tactics used to up sale an existing order. The customer service through this office is apathetic at best.
